Kim's love of writing began at an early age, starting with contributions to her high school newspaper and eventually leading her to study editing and publishing at Wisconsin Lutheran College. She turned that passion into a full-time writing career in 2010 and has since created a wide variety of content for businesses, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and more. She has also undertaken several writing projects of her own.

Kim's love for travel first started with exploring the US on family trips as a child. She first visited Iceland in 2018 and fell in love twice: with an Icelander who became her husband and with the incredible country he calls home. What was meant to be a one-time trip became a part of her soul.

Since then, Kim has spent a lot of time exploring Iceland. She is always excited to discover somewhere new, and she loves sharing what she has learned with others who are ready for their own Icelandic adventure.
